Shipping

We ship orders every day, except holidays and weekends. You will receive your package carefully wrapped, and we always add some little gifts :)

Our shipments always go by courier or registered mail, we do not want them to get lost! If the destination is national, practically all orders made before 17h. arrive to destination the next day.

We ship from Spain to anywhere in the world, these are our rates and approximate shipping times:

- Spain : Shipping via courier with delivery in 24/48 hours (working days). Price: €5

- Europe: Shipping by courier or registered mail, approximate delivery in 7 working days, depending on the country of destination. Price: €12

- Other countries: Shipping by courier or registered mail, approximate delivery in 15 working days, depending on the country of destination. Price €18

Any rate or tax derived from shipping to the country of destination will be paid by the buyer. In the event that the package is returned for not having been delivered, due to non-payment of duties or taxes or due to an error in the shipping information provided, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Return Policy

You can return your order within 15 days of receipt without giving explanations. For this, it is essential that the products are unused and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns or changes in custom orders .

Once received and checked the package we will proceed to the refund of the money, excluding shipping costs. The customer will be responsible for assuming the shipping costs of returns, including any fees or taxes that may arise from the return.
